Project (Major & Minor) : Every student in CCCT does two projects during their course. Each student is assigned a Mini project during the second year and a Major project during final year. These projects are coordinated by a senior faculty in the department. The students have the freedom to select projects of their choice in consultation with teachers. Execution of these projects by themselves goes a long way in developing independent thinking, organizing various elements of work in the project and finding solutions to problems they face. These projects inculcate creativity and innovative mind among students. Execution of these projects will help to transform students in to life-long learners and innovators. Several factors are measured to assess the quality of project report, such as project aims and objective, research and feasibility. Continuous monitoring of project is carried out by faculty member Guide.
Students shall be asked to propose topics for their project. Students can also scan the journals magazines in their respective field of interest for this purpose. Students shall prepare an initial report and submit a synopsis to the project coordinator and for the same there will be a presentation where the students will put forward the overview of it. The project coordinator after analyzing different parameter will allow or deny the project. If denied the student has to redo the whole exercise once again. Selection of the subject shall be finalized in consultation with the concerned project coordinator.
